Geography Hoshangabad:-

Hoshangabad is located at 26.32°N 91.0°E. Two rivers - Saolkhowa and Mora Nodi (Dead River), both of whoch are tributaries to Brahmaputra run through the town.As of 2001 India census Hoshangabad had a population of 41,175. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%.
